My Story
Delwin Fiddler (Hehakapa Mahto), Cheif of the Sans Arc Band, Keeper of the Pipe, and Head of Buck Elk renowned, award winning Native American performing artist who has traveled to many international countries as an Ambassador for the Sans Arc Band, Oceti Sokawin, Great Sioux Nation, to share his culture and history.

Mr. Fiddler has performed at the Inaugural Balls for Presidents Obama and Clinton, as well as for the Royal Family in England upon special request. He is also featured in a film at the Museum of the American Indian where he shares his performance as a champion Grassdancer.
​
He is Founder and Executive Director for PAZA, Tree of Life, a nonprofit dedicated to the the empowernment and sovereignity of Native Nations across Turtle Island. PAZA has been actively involved in the distribution of COVID-19 relief aid to Native American communities through the Native Covid-19 Relief Campaign and ongoing educational and programming support through the Turtle Island United Initiative.

Mr. Fiddler wishes to used his sovereign status as an ambassador, to share his knowledge of both Tradtional and Spiritual law and diplomacy with all Native people so they may better understand who they are as a people and their place in modern day society.
